Taxes & Duties

For most countries and regions outside of Europe, we cover customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges. However, in cases where our tax-inclusive service is not available for international customers, any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or local taxes incurred upon receiving your package will be the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you via email and provide support as needed.

For European regions, we do not cover VAT, but we do cover all other applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related charges. Any VAT incurred upon receiving your package in Europe will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Time and Policies

For non-pre-sale items, orders placed at Simagic Store will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability. Once your order is confirmed, we will ship according to the timeline indicated on the product page.

Simagic will select a third-party shipping carrier, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, or FedEx, with the customers consent. While we will choose the most suitable shipping option based on the delivery address, customers are welcome to suggest a preferred carrier; however, this may not always be implemented.

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ holidays)

  • Handling Time

Generally takes 5-10 business days (please refer to each product page for estimated handling times). This period is defined as the duration from when an order is placed to when it is handed over to the shipping provider. Weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

  • Transit Time

Usually ranges from 6-11 business days. This is the duration from when the order is passed to the carrier until it reaches the customer's designated address. Shipping time begins from the date of dispatch, and various factors such as incorrect addresses or customs clearance procedures may extend this period. Please note that any costs associated with address changes will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping times are determined by the estimates provided by the selected carrier. After the order leaves our warehouse, Simagic cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including logistics-related issues.

What is Partial Shipment?

(If your order status indicates "Partially Shipped")

Partial shipment means that your order is being delivered in multiple packages. This may occur under the following circumstances:

1. Certain items in your order are on backorder.

2. There is a delay in delivering items from a specific warehouse.

3. To expedite delivery, items are shipped from multiple warehouses.
